Lone Pine Farm & Studio is dedicated to reimagining the place of agriculture within the community, realigning its impact on nature, and inciting a deep connection between individuals and the world they inhabit.  By integrating contemporary growing techniques with adaptive and scalable design processes, Lone Pine promotes year-round productivity and longevity for a range of sites and climates.

Collaboration and consultation with our creative network of thinkers will guide all project phases, delivering careful solutions and thoughtful support which enhance the output and efficiency of growing spaces, while building a long-term capacity to navigate economic and climatic variables.

Founded in 2010, Lone Pine Farm & Studio is committed to creating a vision for new and existing commercial agricultural spaces, homesteads, and institutions. We specialize in regenerative, organic growing practices and employ scalable, affordable technology to ensure productive working landscapes year after year.

Our vision:

  • Adaptive & Regenerative Agricultural Programs

  • Food Security + Capacity Building

  • Season Extension

  • Community Enrichment

  • Program Development

  • Food Security concerns have become increasingly urgent with food shortages putting stress on already strained communities. Lone Pine can help build capacity at home, maximizing productivity on a domestic scale to feed your family and share the harvest with your community.

  • Season extension planning is a simple tactic to start your crops earlier in the growing season and extend productivity well into the fall and winter, which can make a significant difference to the backyard gardener or veteran farmer. Adding greenhouse capacity creates an advantage against uncertain weather for a surprisingly low cost per square foot.

  • Community enrichments feed neighborhoods through public garden programs and supporting organizations that cultivate and distribute food. These projects strengthen the agricultural supply chain and bring visibility to food security on a regional level.

  • Program Development assists with developing educational, stewardship, and conservation programs. Lone Pine can help take these meaningful collaborations from concept to shovel with expert guidance.
